Hey, I’m Monica, and it’s lovely to meet you! I’m originally from Houston but moved to Austin in 2023 to attend UT. As far back as I can remember, music has been the only passion I’ve truly had. It’s the only thing I think about. The second I arrived in Austin, I wasted no time diving headfirst into the music industry. I began this journey working closely with local artists, with the intention of someday becoming an artist manager.​ Now, I’ve been working at a record label for almost a year and can confidently say that my passion lies in artist work. Nothing makes me happier than working directly with creatives to help them reach their dreams. Though I spend the majority of my time working, my hobbies include playing in a band, listening to Paramore, and completing endless piles of homework.
